Abstract: The relevant concepts of standardization and the important role of enterprise standardization in enterprise development are introduced, the practical experience of standard construction in Shendong Coal Group are comprehensively summarized. By continuously improving the standardization level of the enterprise, it effectively promotes the high-quality development of the enterprise. The main problems existed in Shendong Coal Group’s standardization work are studied and analyzed including that the standard system needs to be optimized and the standard is not updated in time. The direction of standardization work of Shendong Coal Group is deeply analyzed and thought, and it is believed that the construction of a coal enterprise standard system with Shendong characteristics can further promote the high-quality development of the enterprise.
