Abstract:
In view of the problems of difficult drilling, small coverage and poor gas extraction effect of crushed soft coal seam, based on the background of Hancheng mining area, on the basis of directional long drilling technology and hydraulic fracturing technology, combined with the actual roof situation on site, the staged fracturing and permeability enhancement gas extraction technology of comb-shaped directional long borehole on the coal seam roof was proposed, and it was successfully tested in the 3310 working face of Sangshuping No. 2 well. The research results show that the staged fracturing technology of comb-shaped directional long borehole on the coal seam roof effectively solves the phenomena of hole collapse and stuck drilling during the drilling process, and the fracturing influence range is 32~40 m, which realizes the large-scale extraction of coal seam gas. The average pure gas extraction in the stable stage is 1.2 m
3/min, the average extraction concentration is 42.6%, and the pure gas extraction volume of 100 meters borehole is 0.101 m
3/min. Compared with the conventional down-bed borehole gas extraction in the adjacent working face, the gas extraction concentration and pure extraction amount of the staged hydraulic fracturing borehole of the roof comb-shaped directional long borehole are increased by 1.8 times and 4.2 times, respectively.
