Abstract:
With the development of smart mine construction, the monitoring system has become a critical component. However, the existing monitoring system suffer from issues such as data isolation, poor sharing, and data calculation delay, which seriously affected the safe production of mines. In view of the above problems, this study integrates three core elements: mine personnel, equipment and environment, analyzes their construction needs and problems, designs from the whole life cycle of data acquisition, transmission, processing and application, and proposes a “man-machine-environment” integrated visual intelligent monitoring platform. The platform’s functions, architectural design, and key technologies are elaborated. Practical implementation at Shanxi Tiandiwangpo Coal Mine demonstrates that the platform realizes data fusion and multi-dimensional sharing by applying multi-threading technology, big data, 5G, industrial Ethernet and multi-protocol driven loading technology. Through the cloud edge collaborative processing technology, data is processed and stored at the edge end, enhancing the real-time and reliability of data processing, thereby improves the safety management ability of the mine.
