Abstract:
In response to the problems of redundant safety management data, complex processes, missing safety management loops, and low level of intelligence in the daily production process of China Coal Chejiazhuang (Xingxian) Coal Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Chejiazhuang Coal Mine”), the intelligent integrated safety management platform is constructed. The platform consists of intelligent integrated operation module, intelligent integrated safety management module, and intelligent integrated data collection module, fully combining the actual situation of Chejiazhuang Coal Mine and the existing safety management system, with internet of things technology and data cloud computing technology as technical support. In this study, the overall architecture and functional design of the platform are introduced, which realizes the informatization of safety management and greatly improves the efficiency and ability of safety management. At present, the platform has been successfully launched in Chejiazhuang Coal Mine, which can effectively implement personnel production safety, mine disaster warning and monitoring, safety situation prediction, and safety scheduling management. Since the platform was launched, the mine’s production capacity has increased by 17.1%, generating direct economic benefits of 76.5 million yuan, making the safety management of Chejiazhuang Coal Mine more scientific and accurate.
