Abstract:
Intelligentization, as a pivotal development trend across industries, has become the inevitable pathway for the advancement of crushing equipment and the core driver of industrial transformation, attracting global attention. To systematically review key intelligent technologies in crushing equipment, this study integrates conceptual frameworks and policy directives, first outlining the research background of crusher intelligentization. Subsequently, we summarize recent five-year breakthroughs in critical technologies, including virtual simulation, fault diagnosis, automatic control, and real-time monitoring, achieved by domestic and international scholars. Furthermore, considering emerging challenges in the crushing equipment sector-such as insufficient intelligence levels, constraints in auxiliary technologies, incomplete standardization systems, and gaps in specialized talent cultivation-this paper proposes targeted countermeasures.
