Abstract:
The core of unmanned comprehensive mining is to autonomously plan and cut the coal mining machine according to the changes in geological models during the mining process, whose premise is to build a transparent working face and grasp the position and attitude information of the comprehensive mining equipment. In order to achieve adaptive mining of fully mechanized mining faces in thick coal seam, it is necessary to solve problems such as the inability to couple fully mechanized mining equipment with geological models, geological opacity, and lack of visual control platforms. The transparent working face was constructed based on the geological support system of the mine; on the basis of research and development of shearer positioning and navigation technology, high-precision dynamic acquisition of shearer coordinates was achieved; the geological model was updated regularly with the geological data revealed during the mining of the working face; adaptive cutting path planning algorithm was developed to guide the coal machine to cut autonomously; big data analysis technology was used to realize the pressure warning and analysis of working face periodic weighting in thick coal seam. Through the research of the above key technologies, an adaptive mining technology system for fully mechanized mining face in thick coal seam had been formed. The system had been successfully applied in the 011817 working face of Jinfeng Coal Mine, which achieved preliminary adaptive mining of thick coal seams based on geological support system.
