Abstract:
In response to the low level of intelligence, narrow coverage, and blind spots in the monitoring and early warning of safety production hazards in open-pit coal mines, a safety production hazard early warning platform for open-pit coal mines has been established with coal mine data intelligent collection and data preprocessing technology, and multi-dimensional analysis technology for special hazards as the core technology. The platform mainly consists of a basic equipment layer, a data analysis layer, an early warning judgment layer, and an emergency response layer. Through parameter monitoring, data analysis, early warning judgment, and emergency response, it monitors and warns of common hazards such as slopes, blasting, mechanical and electrical hazards, fires, transportation, and safety operations in open-pit mines. Through practical application in the open-pit mine of Inner Mongolia Baiyinhua Coal and Electricity Co., Ltd. of State Power Investment Corporation, the results show that the platform can effectively monitor and warn of hidden dangers in coal mine production. The comprehensive warning accuracy of Baiyinhua Mine reaches 95.41%, and the accuracy of warning for different types of hidden dangers is above 90%, greatly improving the level of coal mine safety management. At the same time, equipment maintenance and hidden danger investigation work are more scientific and efficient, greatly shortening the equipment shutdown cycle, avoiding the occurrence of sudden hidden danger accidents.
