    燃煤机组耦合生物质发电低碳化改造技术研究与展望

    Research and prospects on low carbon transformation technology of coal-fired units coupled with biomass power generation

    • 摘要: 针对主流燃煤机组耦合生物质发电技术优缺点进行了分析比较,阐述了直接掺烧及间接掺烧技术的研究进展,并分析了燃煤机组掺烧生物质发电的技术经济性。研究结果表明,我国燃煤锅炉生物质掺烧比例为10%时,不仅可以优化锅炉烟气中氮氧化物的排放指标,而且对锅炉燃烧效率影响较小;现阶段生物质掺烧经济性较低的主要原因是原材料成本价格高、碳交易价格低,可以考虑利用我国边际土地种植能源作物替代生物质,未来可满足燃煤机组更高的生物质掺烧比例,同时考虑我国碳市场与国际接轨必然趋势,未来燃煤机组耦合生物质发电技术将具备较佳的经济可行性。

       

      Abstract: This study analyzes and compares the advantages and disadvantages of mainstream coal-fired units coupled with biomass power generation technologies, elaborates on the research progress of direct and indirect mix burning technologies, and evaluates the techno-economic performance of coal-fired units coupled with biomass power generation. The results show that: When 10% biomass is added to coal-fired boilers,which has little impact on the overall efficiency of coal-fired power generation system and can optimize the NOx emission index of boiler flue gas.Currently, the main reasons for the low economic feasibility of biomass co-firing are high raw material costs and low carbon trading prices. Utilizing marginal land in China to cultivate energy crops as a biomass alternative could support higher co-firing ratios in coal-fired units in the future. Considering the inevitable trend of China's carbon market integrating with international standards, coal-fired unit coupled with biomass power generation technology is expected to achieve favorable economic feasibility in the coming years.
