    专利视角下煤矿地下水库技术发展态势与路径研究

    Study on development trend and path of coal mine underground reservoir technology from the perspective of patents

    • 摘要: 煤矿地下水库技术通过系统汇集、储存与资源化利用矿井水,可将矿井水利用率提升至80%以上,已成为西部矿区实现矿井水资源保护与高效利用的重要技术路径。基于PatSnap专利平台数据,运用专利计量分析方法,从全球专利申请趋势、地域分布、技术构成、创新主体及技术发展路线等5个维度,对煤矿地下水库技术展开系统性分析,通过梳理国内外该领域专利申请的现状与特征,明晰煤矿地下水库技术演进脉络及研究热点方向。结果表明,我国在煤矿地下水库领域具有绝对的技术优势,头部企业和创新主体众多,专利产出数量遥遥领先于其他国家/地区;从技术发展脉络来看,煤矿地下水库技术可分为起步与探索、技术体系构建、智能化与精准化升级和国际化拓展等4个阶段,其中,水库选址、水源预测、人工坝体构筑、煤柱坝体防渗与加固、监测预警和安全评价技术是专利布局的重点,也是现阶段煤矿地下水库技术体系的重要发展方向。

       

      Abstract: Coal mine underground reservoir technology can increase mine water utilization rate to over 80% through systematic collection, storage and resource utilization of mine water, making it an important technical approach for mine water protection and efficient utilization in western mining areas. Based on patent data from the PatSnap platform, this paper adopts patent bibliometric analysis to systematically study the technology from five perspectives: global patent application trends, geographical distribution, technical composition, innovators, and technological development paths. It summarizes the current status and characteristics of patent applications worldwide, and clarifies the technological evolution and research focuses. The results show that China holds an absolute technological advantage in this field, with numerous leading enterprises and innovators, and its patent output far exceeds that of other countries or regions. Technologically, the development of coal mine underground reservoir can be divided into four stages: initial exploration, technical system establishment, intelligent and precise upgrading, and international expansion. Key patent layout and development directions include reservoir site selection, water source prediction, artificial dam construction, coal pillar dam anti-seepage and reinforcement, monitoring and early warning, and safety assessment.
