    超大空间分段组合高效充填关键技术及工程应用

    Key technology and engineering application of super large space segmented combination efficient filling

    • 摘要: 随着区域性浅部资源枯竭,深部资源开采需求日渐突出。聚焦千米深井压煤回收背景下超大空间、高固废掺量与高效充填的实际需求,提出超大空间分段组合高效充填开采关键技术。在传统膏体充填基础上,创新性构建了采空区分段构建技术,有效破解深部矿井充填开采超大充填空间构筑难题。同时采用膏体−矸石组合充填技术,显著提升固废资源化处理比例。配套研发隔离挡墙等关键装备,实现超大架后充填空间高效封堵需求。开展充填材料配比试验,研制出高固废掺量、高强速凝型组合充填材料。系列方法−工艺−装备在平煤十一矿的成功应用,保障了矿区高效组合充填开采的顺利实施,有效解放了该特殊场景下的压煤资源,实现了矸石固废的规模化消纳。

       

      Abstract: With the depletion of regional shallow resources, the demand for deep resource mining is becoming more and more prominent. Focusing on the actual needs of super-large space, high solid waste content and efficient filling under the background of pressure coal recovery in kilometer deep wells, the key technology of super-large space segmented combination efficient filling mining is put forward. On the basis of traditional paste filling, the goaf segmented construction technology is innovatively constructed to effectively solve the problem of super large filling space construction in deep mine filling mining. At the same time, the paste-gangue combined filling technology is used to significantly increase the proportion of solid waste resource treatment. Supporting research and development of key equipment such as isolation retaining wall to achieve efficient plugging requirements for super-large post-filling space; the ratio test of filling materials was carried out, and the high solid waste content and high strength quick-setting combined filling materials were developed. The successful application of series method-process-equipment in Pingmei No.11 Coal Mine ensures the smooth implementation of efficient combined filling mining in the mining area, effectively liberates the coal resources under this special scene, realizes the large-scale consumption of gangue solid waste.
