    平顶山矿区难选炼焦煤全流程高效分选实践

    Full-process high-efficiency separation practice of refractory coking coal in Pingdingshan mining area

    • 摘要: 为解决平顶山矿区难选煤效率低、精煤产率与质量难以协同提升的问题,通过岩相分析、元素检测、泥化试验等手段系统揭示其核心物性特征,构建“源头配煤−中间再选−末端提质”三级工艺体系,并结合 TDS 智能干选设备升级与浮选智能控制技术创新开展研究。由于平顶山矿区难选煤的核心难点为镜质组与惰质组密度重叠、组分差异导致密度响应不一致、泥化特性强,因此在工艺体系中源头配煤是改善入选煤质的关键。通过研究己组原煤内部8种可选性等级配比及丁戊组(高内灰极难选煤)与5种己组易选煤跨组配比试验,发现易选煤占比越高,混合煤精煤产率越高且“产率−灰分” 平衡越优。中煤再选系统可回收灰分为12.90%的高灰精煤,煤泥三次浮选使煤泥产率从 12.13%降至 6.40%,TDS 智能干选机矸石带煤率与煤中带矸率均控制在1%~3%。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problems of low efficiency of refractory coal in Pingdingshan mining area and difficulty in synergistic improvement of clean coal yield and quality, the core physical characteristics were systematically revealed by means of petrographic analysis, element detection and argillization test, and a three-stage process system of "source coal blending-middle re-separation-end quality improvement" was constructed. Combined with the upgrading of TDS intelligent dry separation equipment and the innovation of flotation intelligent control technology, the research was carried out. The core difficulty of refractory coal in Pingdingshan mining area is that the density of vitrinite and inertinite overlaps, and the difference of components leads to inconsistent density response and strong argillization characteristics. Therefore, the source coal blending in the process system is the key to improve the quality of the selected coal. By studying the 8 kinds of washability grade ratio in the raw coal of the group and the 5 kinds of cross-combination ratio test between the Dingwu group (high internal ash extremely refractory coal) and the group 's easy coal preparation, it is found that the higher the proportion of easy coal preparation, the higher the yield of mixed coal clean coal and the better "yield-ash" balance; the high ash clean coal with a recoverable ash content of 12.90% in the middlings re-separation system; three-stage flotation of coal slime reduced the slime yield from 12.13% to 6.40%. The coal-carrying rate of gangue and the coal-carrying rate of gangue in TDS intelligent dry separator are controlled at 1%-3%.
