    矿井“一张图”智能管理平台研究与应用

    Research and application of mine "one map" intelligent management platform

    • 摘要: 针对传统矿井管理存在多源数据融合效率低、三维建模精度不足及智能决策适应性差等问题,研究设计了“三横四纵”的整体架构,采用“数据接入−处理−存储”纵向三级融合架构,依托标准、安全、运维三大横向支撑体系,形成“一张图”管理框架。通过设备感知层、数据传输层、数据中枢层和业务管控层四级结构,建立“感知−传输−分析−决策”智能闭环系统,创新性提出“时空基准统一→数据智能治理→决策闭环控制”三级传导机制,实现数据高效融合、坐标系精确转换和矿井三维模型精确构建。现场应用表明,多源数据“5 min全要素更新”达标率提升至85.4%,千米级工作面围岩变形预测响应延迟缩短至4.2 s,井下人员疏散效率提高41%。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the problems of low efficiency of multi-source data fusion, insufficient accuracy of three-dimensional modeling and poor adaptability of intelligent decision-making in traditional mine management, the overall architecture of “three horizontal and four vertical” is studied and designed. The “data access-processing-storage” vertical three-level fusion architecture is adopted. Relying on the three horizontal support systems of standard, safety and operation and maintenance, a “one map” management framework is formed. Through the four-level structure of equipment perception layer, data transmission layer, data center layer and business management and control layer, the intelligent closed-loop system of “perception-transmission-analysis-decision” is established, and the three-level transmission mechanism of “space-time benchmark unification → data intelligent governance → decision closed-loop control” is innovatively proposed. Through technological innovation, efficient data fusion, accurate coordinate system conversion and accurate construction of mine three-dimensional model are realized. The field application shows that the compliance rate of multi-source data “5min total factor update” is increased to 85.4%, the response delay of surrounding rock deformation prediction in kilometer-level working face is shortened to 4.2 s, and the evacuation efficiency of underground personnel is increased by 41%.
