    煤炭产业变革中的智能绿色发展之路

    The path of intelligent and green development in the transformation of the coal industry

    • 摘要: 在全球能源转型与数字化浪潮双重驱动下,我国煤炭产业正经历深刻变革。系统分析了煤炭产业面临的挑战,包括能源结构转型压力、绿色化与数智化协同需求、生产布局西移趋势以及智能化建设中的技术经济难题;在此基础上梳理了煤炭安全高效智能绿色开发的关键技术创新路径,涵盖智能化数字底座、透明地质、智能采掘、安全监控、绿色分选、机器人集群及标准体系等领域;进一步探讨了“煤−电−化−新”协同发展的内涵与模式,包括煤电联营、煤化工一体化、新能源耦合、“风−光−火−储”一体化及“源−网−氢−氨−醇”产业链等实践。研究表明,通过数智赋能与多能互补,煤炭产业正从传统燃料向原料与材料并重转型,智能绿色协同发展是提升产业竞争力、保障能源安全、实现“双碳”目标的必由之路。

       

      Abstract: Driven by the dual forces of global energy transformation and digitization, China’s coal industry is undergoing profound changes. This article systematically analyzes the challenges faced by the coal industry, including pressure from energy structure transformation, the collaborative demand for greenification and digitization, the trend of production layout shifting to the west, and the technical and economic challenges in intelligent construction. On the basis, it outlines the key technological innovation paths for safe, efficient, intelligent and green development of coal, covering areas such as intelligent digital infrastructure, transparent geology, intelligent mining and tunneling, safety monitoring, green sorting, robot clusters and standard systems. Furthermore, it explores the connotation and model of the coordinated development of “coal-electricity-chemical-new energy”, including practices such as coal-electricity joint ventures, integrated coal chemical industry, new energy coupling, integrated development of wind-solar-thermal-storage, and the source-grid-hydrogen-ammonia-alcohol industry chain. The research indicates that through digital empowerment and multi-energy complementarity, the coal industry is transitioning from traditional fuel to emphasizing both raw materials and materials, and its intelligent and green coordinated development is the essential path to enhance industrial competitiveness, ensure energy security, and achieve the goals of carbon peak and carbon neutrality.
