    矿井带式输送机智能控制系统设计及应用

    Design and application of intelligent control system for mine belt conveyor

    • 摘要: 针对传统矿井带式输送机控制系统能耗高、故障诊断滞后等问题,以陕西银河煤业开发有限公司(以下简称“银河煤矿”)为背景,设计了矿井带式输送机智能控制系统。该系统以数据为核心,基于“感知−决策−执行”的三级架构和闭环反馈机制,集成机器视觉、激光扫描与声纹分析技术,实现了带式输送机状态智能识别与监测、煤流动态识别、带式输送机智能调速和故障诊断等功能。银河煤矿实际应用表明,该系统运行后矿井运输效率较原有系统提升20%,吨煤电耗由1.8 kWh降至1.2 kWh,设备故障率下降了54%,有效提升了系统可靠性、稳定性与运行效率。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the problems of high energy consumption and lagging fault diagnosis of traditional mine belt conveyor control system, an intelligent control system of mine belt conveyor is designed based on the background of Shaanxi Yinhe Coal Industry Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Yinhe Coal Mine”). The system takes data as the core, based on the three-level architecture of “perception-decision-execution” and closed-loop feedback mechanism, integrates machine vision, laser scanning and voiceprint analysis technology, and realizes the functions of intelligent identification and monitoring of belt conveyor state, dynamic identification of coal flow, intelligent speed regulation and fault diagnosis of belt conveyor. The practical application of the system in Yinhe Coal Mine shows that after the operation of the system, the mine transportation efficiency is 20% higher than that of the original system, the power consumption per ton of coal is reduced from 1.8 kWh to 1.2 kWh, and the equipment failure rate is reduced by 54%, which effectively improves the reliability, stability and operation efficiency of the system.
