    综采工作面智能一体化平台研究与应用

    Research and application of intelligent integrated platform for fully mechanized mining faces

    • 摘要: 针对煤矿智能化建设中普遍存在的信息孤岛、系统割裂与协同困难等问题,提出了一种以智能一体化平台为核心的综采工作面系统解决方案。通过构建“感知−传输−平台−应用−交互”5层架构平台,实现多源异构数据的统一接入与融合处理,支持“人−机−环”全要素状态感知、三维地质动态建模、采煤机智能截割与多设备协同控制等关键技术的系统集成与闭环运行。陕西银河煤业开发有限公司实际应用表明,采煤机单刀循环时间缩短47 min,有效割煤时间提升13%,综合节约成本1 930万元/a。该平台的应用实现了地质透明化、生产协同化与智能决策化,显著提升了开采效率与安全水平。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the problems of information island, system separation and coordination difficulties in the intelligent construction of coal mines, this paper proposes a systematic solution for fully mechanized mining face with intelligent integrated management and control platform as the core. By constructing a five-layer architecture of “perception-transmission-platform-application-interaction”, the unified access and fusion processing of multi-source heterogeneous data is realized, and the systematic integration and closed-loop operation of key technologies such as “human-machine-environment” total factor state perception, three-dimensional geological dynamic modeling, intelligent cutting of the coal mining machine and multi-equipment coordination control are supported. Practical application by Shaanxi Yinhe Coal Industry Development Co., Ltd. shows that the single-cycle cutting time of the the coal mining machine is reduced by 47 minutes, the effective coal cutting time is increased by 13%, and comprehensive cost savings reach 19.3 million yuan per year. The platform has achieved geological transparency, production synergy, and intelligent decision-making, significantly improving mining efficiency and safety levels.
