    露天煤矿全流程智能开采系统研究与应用

    Research and application of full-process intelligent mining system for open-pit coal mines

    • 摘要: 针对露天煤矿生产过程管理粗放、开采过程自动化与智能化程度低等现象,分析了我国露天煤矿智能化建设的总体目标,建立了一种“四体系、五层级”的露天煤矿全流程智能开采系统,以多环网数据传输技术和设备运行及环境感知技术为核心技术,从开采数据监测、参数实时分析和执行管理决策等方面对露天煤矿生产周期内的各项工作进行科学管理,实现露天开采各个环节更为精确地联动。国家电投集团内蒙古白音华煤电有限公司露天矿进行实际应用表明,该系统能够利用多环网数据传输高质量捕捉生产过程中的参数信息,并借助分析模型智能规划采装作业与矿车行车路线,降低了露天煤矿31%的人员投入,提升了露天煤矿产能。此外,该系统能够借助参数监测功能及时预警设备隐患与安全生产隐患,大幅降低了露天煤矿安全事故的发生概率。

       

      Abstract: Given the extensive production process management and low level of automation or intelligence in open-pit coal mines, this paper analyzes the overall objectives of intelligent construction for such mines in China and establishes a "four-system, five-level" full-process intelligent mining system. Driven by core technologies such as multi-ring network data transmission and perception of equipment operations and the environment, the system scientifically manages work within the production cycle of open-pit coal mines by integrating mining data monitoring, real-time parameter analysis, and the execution of management decisions, thereby achieving more precise coordination across mining processes. Field application conducted at the open-pit mine of State Power Investment Corporation (SPIC) Inner Mongolia Baiyinhua Coal Power Co., Ltd. demonstrates that the system leverages multi-ring network data transmission to ensure the high-fidelity acquisition of parameter information during the production process. By employing analytical models to conduct intelligent planning for mining and loading operations and haulage routes, the system has reduced the manpower requirements of the open-pit coal mine by 31% while enhancing its production capacity. In addition, the system enables early detection and alerts for equipment and operational hazards, substantially lowering the risk of safety incidents.
