    基于大数据技术的矿井灾害智能治理预警系统研究与应用

    Research and application of mine disaster intelligent management early warning system based on big data technology

    • 摘要: 为规避我国煤矿灾害预警治理工作中的“信息孤岛”现象,综合提高灾害参数监测工作数字化水平和数据分析的智能化水平,以国能神东煤炭集团有限责任公司寸草塔二矿(以下简称“寸草塔二矿”)为研究对象,结合大数据分析统计技术,对监测采集的数据进行深度分析与训练,并将矿井生产与灾害治理工作综合考虑,构建了一种由边缘端数据资源层、云端数据处理层和应用终端层组成的矿井灾害智能治理预警系统,实现了矿井灾害感知−分析−决策−执行的智能化闭环管理。寸草塔二矿现场应用表明,矿井灾害预警准确率显著提升,灾害事件发生数量和工作面平均停机维护时长降低,同时以自动化监测代替传统安全巡检提高了矿井安全管理智能化水平。

       

      Abstract: In order to avoid the phenomenon of "information isolated island" in the early warning and management of coal mine disasters in China, and comprehensively improve the digital level of disaster parameter monitoring and the intelligent level of data analysis, taking Cuncaota No.2 Coal Mine of China Energy Shendong Coal Group Co., Ltd.( hereinafter referred to as "Cuncaota No.2 Coal Mine") as the research object, combined with big data analysis and statistical technology, the data collected by monitoring are analyzed and trained in depth, and the mine production and disaster management work are comprehensively considered. A mine disaster intelligent management and early warning system composed of edge data resource layer, cloud data processing layer and application terminal layer is constructed. The intelligent closed-loop management of mine disaster perception - analysis - decision - execution is realized. The field application in No.2 Coal Mine shows that the accuracy of mine disaster early warning is significantly improved, the number of disaster events and the average downtime maintenance time of working face are reduced, and the intelligent level of mine safety management is improved by replacing traditional safety inspection with automatic monitoring.
