Abstract:
In order to solve the problem of operation status management islanding phenomenon of important mechanical and electrical equipment such as mining equipment, excavation equipment, support equipment, and main lifting machine room, and reduce the economic losses caused by maintenance, shutdown and other situations due to the errors in manual monitoring of the operation status of mechanical and electrical equipment, the internet of things technology is used to organically integrate the operation status of underground mechanical and electrical equipment, and a comprehensive and all-weather intelligent monitoring system for the operation status of important mechanical and electrical equipment in coal mines is constructed. Centralized monitoring of the operation status of important mechanical and electrical equipment in coal mines has been carried out, and the status monitoring and early warning work of coal mine mechanical and electrical equipment has been completed, intelligent monitoring and lean management of mechanical and electrical equipment has been achieved. The actual use in Ningtiaota Coal Mine has shown that the expenditure ratio of electromechanical equipment directly reduces to 17.1% per ton of coal.
