    基于物联网技术的煤矿机电设备运行状态智能监测系统研究与应用

    Research and application on intelligent monitoring system for operation status of coal mine mechanical and electrical equipment based on internet of things technology

    • 摘要: 为了解决煤矿开采设备、掘进设备、支护设备、主提升机房等重要机电设备运行状态管理孤岛现象,降低人工监测机电设备运行状态的误差所导致的检修、停产等情况造成的经济损失,利用物联网技术,将井下机电设备运行状态进行有机融合,构建了一种煤矿全方位、全天候机电设备运行状态智能监测系统,对煤矿重要机电设备运行状态进行集中监测,完成煤矿机电设备的状态监测和预警工作,实现煤矿机电设备的智能监测和精益化管理。通过在柠条塔煤矿实际使用表明,该系统的应用能够直接降低吨煤机电设备支出比例达17.1%。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problem of operation status management islanding phenomenon of important mechanical and electrical equipment such as mining equipment, excavation equipment, support equipment, and main lifting machine room, and reduce the economic losses caused by maintenance, shutdown and other situations due to the errors in manual monitoring of the operation status of mechanical and electrical equipment, the internet of things technology is used to organically integrate the operation status of underground mechanical and electrical equipment, and a comprehensive and all-weather intelligent monitoring system for the operation status of important mechanical and electrical equipment in coal mines is constructed. Centralized monitoring of the operation status of important mechanical and electrical equipment in coal mines has been carried out, and the status monitoring and early warning work of coal mine mechanical and electrical equipment has been completed, intelligent monitoring and lean management of mechanical and electrical equipment has been achieved. The actual use in Ningtiaota Coal Mine has shown that the expenditure ratio of electromechanical equipment directly reduces to 17.1% per ton of coal.
