The exploration and practice of scientific and technological innovation in large state-owned enterprises: Taking China Pingmei Shenma Group as an example

Innovation is the first driving force for development. Taking the scientific and technological innovation practice of Pingmei Shenma Group ( hereinafter referred to as "Pingmei Shenma") as an example, this paper makes an in-depth analysis and discussion on the effective path of scientific and technological innovation of large state-owned enterprises from three dimensions: concept mechanism, platform talents and science and technology cooperation. It explains the new concept and new mechanism of Pingmei Shenma 's innovative development, as well as new measures such as platform support and talent empowerment. This paper introduces the concrete practice and innovation achievements of Pingmei Shenma in opening up coal-based nylon materials, silicon materials, carbon materials and other industrial chains, and building new modern new industries and new formats. It is believed that in order to realize the leapfrog development of scientific and technological innovation, large state-owned enterprises must adhere to the two-wheel drive of concept guidance and mechanism innovation, break through the shackles with breakthrough mechanism reform, build a scientific and technological innovation system suitable for enterprise development, stimulate innovation vitality with scientific talent mechanism, take ' neck ' technology research as the core, and take industrial demand traction as the direction of scientific and technological innovation, so that scientific and technological innovation can truly serve the high-quality transformation and development of the industry.
