Research and innovative practice of intelligent tunneling technology system for tunnels under deep and complex conditions

Abstract
Intelligent tunneling in coal mine tunnels is a key link in achieving the goal of intelligent mine construction. By analyzing the key challenges faced by intelligent tunneling under complex "three highs" conditions (high gas, high ground stress, and high ground temperature) in the deep mines, this paper systematically elaborates on the impact of the "three highs" on intelligent tunneling in coal mine tunnels. It proposes a new mode of efficient gas control, namely "mining one layer to control multiple layers," |deep high-stress surrounding rock large deformation control technology, and new technology for heat damage control in deep mines. To solve the problem of coordinated matching of intelligent "tunneling-supporting-transportation" in complex deep scenarios, the bottleneck of precise positioning and directional tunneling technology for tunneling equipment has been broken through. A combined positioning technology of efficient dust removal visualization and scene morphology scanning has been developed, achieving directional tunneling and dynamic correction of tunneling equipment, intelligent planning and precise control of cutting tracks. An intelligent, efficient, and precise surrounding rock support technology for complex scenarios has been developed., effectively solving the problem of lack of support precision for bolt drills. An intelligent and efficient transportation technology for complex scenarios has been developed, significantly improving the automation and intelligent operation level of transportation and supporting equipment. A TBM-based efficient "tunneling-supporting-transportation" coordination technology for complex scenarios has been developed, providing auxiliary decision-making for TBM operation and control. Taking the 13th mine of China Pingmei Shenma Group and Shoushan No.1 mine of Pingbao Company as engineering practice backgrounds, an intelligent "tunneling-supporting-transportation" coordinated operation and maintenance system under complex deep conditions has been constructed and applied, significantly improving the overall safe and efficient tunneling level of the working face.
