    Construction of digital platform for coal chemical industry safety management based on industrial internet

    • To enhance the coal chemical industry’s safety management capabilities in production processes, especially in risk control of flammable, explosive, and toxic substances, and to promote the digital transformation of enterprise safety management, this paper explores the construction of an industrial internet-based digital safety management platform for coal chemical enterprises. It introduces the platform’s construction principles and overall architecture design, and elaborates on its application in safety warning, threat management, safety review, contractor management, and other areas. The research results show that the platform can achieve intelligent safety control, improve capabilities in risk assessment, monitoring, early warning, and emergency response, enhance the efficiency of safety management in coal chemical enterprises, and advance the digitalization, intelligence, and standardization of safety management.
