    The construction and application of mine intelligent management and control platform based on the integration of industrial internet of things and GIS

    • Aiming at the problems of data island and poor system coordination of traditional mine intelligent management and control platform, this study constructs an intelligent management and control platform based on the integration of industrial Internet of things and geographic information system (GIS). The platform uses Apache Kafka distributed data bus to realize the deep integration of real-time data and GIS spatial data, and constructs a “four-layer and three-domain” architecture. Relying on the data governance center, the unified management of data is realized, and the core modules such as intelligent production control, intelligent early warning and visual interaction are integrated. A closed-loop model encompassing the five stages of “Collection-Transmission-Governance-Application-Feedback” for data workflow is constructed, which facilitates functional applications like dynamic optimization of mining excavation paths, closed-loop control of ventilation systems, and intelligent planning of transportation routes. The field application shows that the platform significantly improves the core business efficiency of the mine, the mining efficiency is increased by 12%, the ventilation energy consumption is reduced by 15%, the emergency response efficiency is increased by 60%, the annual output is increased by more than 15 million tons, and the cost of tons of coal is reduced by 8.3%, which provides a reusable technical path for the intelligent construction of the mine.
