Research on collaborative mechanism of management mode under the background of collaborative mining in open-pit coal mine

In view of the problems existing in the implementation of collaborative mining in adjacent open-pit coal mines, such as the increase of cross-mine matters, the enhancement of resource sharing and the lack of adaptability of single-mine closed-loop management, taking the collaborative mining of Hongshaquan No.1 and No.2 open-pit coal mines of Xinjiang Company of National Energy Group as the background, this paper analyzes the characteristics of management object change and management boundary reconstruction caused by collaborative mining, as well as the management problems such as identification plan coordination, resource sharing, scheduling connection, safety and environmental protection joint control and stage conversion. The collaborative mechanism of collaborative mining management mode of ' joint management and control, resource co-ordination, partition operation and stage progression ' is constructed, and the key operation mechanisms such as four-level organizational structure, closed-loop planning and scheduling, resource classification and sharing, safety and environmental protection joint control and data evaluation feedback are put forward. The research results show that the mechanism can strengthen the overall planning of mining area scale on the basis of retaining the main responsibility of the two mining areas, and support the closed-loop operation of cross-mining matters from organization and coordination, professional audit, partition execution to feedback evaluation, which can provide reference for the division of organizational rights and responsibilities, overall utilization of resources and normalized operation in the collaborative mining of adjacent open-pit coal mines.
